1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any platform operated by RunMyData LLC, including DryScout (dryscout.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RunMyData LLC operates DryScout, an auto restoration lead generation platform that connects car owners with verified local auto restoration professionals. DryScout is a free service for consumers. Service providers (Pros) pay a lead fee to receive matched customer leads.

3. User Responsibilities

By submitting a service request through DryScout, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your vehicle and the damage

• Be available for contact from your matched restoration professional

• Not submit fraudulent or duplicate service requests

• Be at least 18 years of age

4. SMS Messaging Terms

RunMyData LLC operates an internal SMS notification program for business operators. This program sends lead notification alerts to authorized DryScout personnel when new customer service requests are submitted.

• Message frequency: Varies based on lead volume

• Message and data rates may apply

• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message

• For help: Reply HELP or contact sal@runmydata.com

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. No Guarantee of Service

While DryScout strives to match every customer with a qualified professional within 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee availability of service providers in all areas or at all times. DryScout is a lead generation platform and is not itself a restoration service provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

RunMyData LLC is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by matched restoration professionals. All service agreements are between the customer and the service provider directly. RunMyData LLC's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with RunMyData LLC and DryScout, including the DryScout name, logo, and platform, are the exclusive property of RunMyData LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.runmydata.com/privacy-policy.

9. Modifications

RunMyData LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
